Why fentanyl dosing errors are so risky
40 times stronger than heroin for a given amount, and 66 times stronger than oxycodone. They just need to add a little bit.
So watch this. The largest oxycodone pill will give a 30 milligram dose. That’s this much active ingredient. Let’s say I want to add fentanyl to make it hit twice as hard or replace that active entirely. That would take around half a milligram, or maybe less.
