Want to increase your physical and mental health by up to 20-60%? UK researchers discovered a sweet spot for how much time you should spend in nature. After controlling for things like physical activity level and wealth, they found that those who spent at LEAST 120 minutes of total time in nature over the last seven days were 59% more likely to report good health, and 23% more overall well-being. Spending time in GREEN areas was better, but even taking a city walk is helpful.
